Celebrating with some of Sudbury's 117 incredible NOHFC Interns!
I'm pleased to announce that Ontario is helping local college and university graduates gain hands-on, practical work experience by supporting one-year internships in the Greater Sudbury Area. New local placements will provide work experience and skill-building opportunities for 117 young people.
As Northerners, we understand the importance of keeping our youth in the North. By providing recent graduates with opportunities to gain work experience without leaving home, the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation Internship Program helps our talented youth stay in the North, while providing much valued support to local companies and organizations. This is a win-win for Sudbury.
